Today was my last day in Wolf Creek. I'm pretty sad about it, because everyone at that little church was so sweet. My preschoolers actually got something out of VBS this past week. Surprisingly, the youngest girl in my class remembered the most bible verses for the week. I was blown away at how much that little four year old could remember. Kids are a lot smarter than the get credit for! Today when I said goodbye to everyone, Emmy (my four year old) told me bye and that she loved me. That made my day. :) The church ladies knew it was my birthday, and gave me a birthday card that has really nice messages on it as well. I just had a bittersweet day. Tomorrow we leave for Boulder, and get our mail!! I'm pretty excited about getting my mail!

Mags,
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are having a great experience! I hope when you get back you will talk to the GA girls about all that you have done on your mission trip. I hope God continues to bless you and all that you come in contact with. Much love! Crystal
Hi Maggie,
ReplyDeleteWhen Charlie and I drove out west I was amazed at God's creation! It is beautiful there. I hope you had a special day on your birthday! We had a fun VBS here, also! I just lifted you up in prayer and pray God will bless your time there as you share with others. Love you bunches!
Hey Mags,
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking about you today and hoping that the drama camp went well.
I love you,
Mom
